HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

If you want to have the product(s) personalized with custom photo and/or text (if product is qualifies for personalization), be sure to upload the image file and/or enter text to engrave before adding the product(s) to your cart. Then, whenever you're done shopping, click the number of product(s) in your cart at the top right corner of the website and follow the easy instructions to complete your order. If you're a registered customer, check out is super easy. If you're not (and you don't have to be), it's still easy but you might want to consider registering to make check out even smoother the next time you shop at Tioneer. How do I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
Now why would you want to do that? But if you do, please contact our Customer Support toll free at 1 877 888 0506 ASAP to cancel an order. Please have your order number nearby. We promise we will try to stop the order from going through, but keep in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers as fast and as efficiently as possible.
